The Language department offers a major in French and a major in Spanish. Three tracks are offered for both French and
Spanish.
- Literature and Culture
- Language and Culture
- Teacher Education (Grades 7-12)
You may also choose to minor in French or Spanish using either the Literature and Culture or Language and Culture track. All majors are required to complete an immersion experience prior to the last semester at Union.
Your advisor will help you select an appropriate program for your level of proficiency and interests.
Service learning opportunities are also an option for fulfilling the immersion experience requirement.
