This person will be responsible for ministering on the campuses of the United States Coast Guard Academy and Connecticut College. This a a 2-year funded, missionary position through the North American Missionary Board and the Baptist Convention of New England.

Responsibilites include: 1. Develop an evangelistic ministry to the students. 2. Create a comprehensice, academic year-long plan for discipling students including large groups, small groups, and individuals. 3. Develop Christian student leaders among the student populations. 4. Involve students in the life of a local church or church plant. 5. Plan, promote, and participate in missions opportunities for students. 6. Participate in a facilitating ministry team of the Baptist Convention of New England Collegiate Ministry office
Skills and Competencies: 1. Professional attitude and approach to situations 2. Ability to plan and administrate effectively 3. Willingness to recruit and utliize volunteers 4. Leadership training helpful, but not required.
