The Employee
HelpDesk is the single general point of contact for all work-related
computer questions for all employees. The Helpdesk is designed to coordinate
support for software use, hardware repair and other needs. If needed,
your call will be forwarded from x3300 (Jackson campus) or x126 (Germantown campus) to the appropriate person
within Computing Services.
