A group of Union Engineering Students spent
Spring Break 2006 on a mission trip to
North Africa. The students helped school children learn
about about renewable energy. They also met with local
professors and university students on the viability of an
artesian well. The goal was to build relationships and maximize
the usage of the region's resources in order for some
missionaries who live in the area to have a platform for their
ministry.

study engineering ... honestly .... for prestige and the money
initially. It is much more to me now though." - Josh Shrewsberry
