to the Institute for International and Intercultural Studies.

·        Fill out Application Form (x 4)  Please be sure to include any international travel experience on the back of form.

·        Complete Expense Form (x 4)

·        Write a one-page typed essay (x 4) to include:

Your goals for your study abroad experience

Why you think you will be successful in this program

How you hope to benefit from this experience

·        Obtain 2 Reference Forms-- Attach a copy of your essay to each reference form.  This will help your reference know about your program of study and your goals for participating.  One reference must be a UU faculty member whom you have had in class.  Ask your references to return the completed forms to you in a sealed envelope.
