We in Residence Life are committed to providing quality living arrangements staffed by quality personnel. This is why we take hiring our Residence Life Staff (RA's) very seriously. If you are interested in becoming an RA, and have lived in one of Union's Residence Halls for at least one semester, feel free to look over the job description. The information provided in the Job Description is designed to help you decide if becoming an RA is right for you. Special Note: Employee dependents, recipients of Presidential or Provost scholarships, tuition exchange students, or any student whose total awards would exceed room, board, and tuition after the addition of the RA stipend are not eligible for financial compensation. However, these students are still encouraged to apply for this leadership position Students who are unsure if they are eligible for the RA stipend may contact the Financial Aid Office at 661-5015 for clarification. RA Applications will be available in October, and should be returned to the Residence Director of the complex for which you are applying by the date specified on the application.
