Residence Life is uniquely arranged in apartment-style housing featuring a private bedroom for each individual student. Single students may choose to live in one of two Residence Complexes (McAfee Residence Complex and The Jett).

Each McAfee apartment is equipped with private bedrooms, a common living area, a bathroom, carpet and air-conditioning. All apartments have a kitchen and house 4 residents. Every apartment building houses either females or males, none are co-ed. The commons building contains laundry facilities, computer labs, TV viewing areas, vending machines, Residence Life staff offices and apartments.

Our other on campus housing option is Warmath Family Housing. This complex of 32 two-bedroom apartments are available to married undergraduate students or graduate students.

Each single student apartment is equipped with private bedrooms, a common living area, a bathroom, carpet and air-conditioning. Seventy percent of our apartments have a kitchen and house 4 residents. These are usually reserved for upperclassmen on a first come first serve basis. The remaining thirty percent have no kitchen and house 5 residents. Every apartment building houses either females or males, none are co-ed. The commons building in each residence complex contains laundry facilities, computer labs, TV viewing areas, vending machines, Residence Life staff offices and apartments.

McAfee Residence Complex (731) 661-5054 The McAfee Complex has 3 male apartment buildings and 8 female apartment buildings. McAfee is located on the north side of campus and consists of a commons building and 11 apartment buildings.  Each building in McAfee is named for an alumni or friend of the University and are as follows: Dehoney, Dodd, Grey, Jarman, Lee, Paschall, Pollard, Rogers, Sullivan, Wright, and Craig. McAfee can house up to 404 residents, and contains the university guest suite in the commons building.  McAfee is also the only complex open for summer term housing. GUEST HOUSING OPTIONS	Warmath Family Residence Complex (731) 661-5433 Warmath houses students who are married, students with children, or graduate students. They are two bedroom apartments located beside the McAfee Complex. Housing in this complex is obtained by application usually resulting in being placed on a waiting list. Occasionally, Warmath is used for overflow single student housing or for guests of the university. Warmath has 32 apartments arranged in four apartment buildings.
