Union University's Instructional Technology & Campus Media Department is pleased to provide the Carl Grant Events Center with professional technology needs.

Presentation: ($40/hr) Includes the use of a projector, IT provided laptop, multiple microphones and an IT staff person to run sound, lights, projection system, etc. This is the minimum technology support for the Grant Events Center. There is a 3 hour minimum charge to cover set-up and tear-down of technology equipment.
Conference/Concert: ($90/hr) Complete professional conference/concert services (complex lighting, sound, projection, etc.). There is a 4 hour minimum charge to cover set-up and tear-down of technology equipment.
NOTE: It is important to contact Instructional Technology & Campus Media at least 10 working days before your event to ensure service.
