Armando
This past fall Chi Omega was able to grant our third wish as a chapter to a young boy named Armando Sanchez. Armando suffers from a muscular disease that inhibits his walking ability. He has to have help anytime he goes anywhere. He cannot play as a normal young boy. Chi Omega raised over $5,000 in order to grant Armando's wish to have an electronic tricycle. Chi Omega created an entire event for Armando and his family. The event was called "Armando's race" in the theme of the television show "The Amazing Race". Armando won the race and got the grand prize of his tricycle along with many other presents. For more information on Armando's story read the story on the Union website.
