Ordering Instructions

  1. Contact me at 731-661-5294, dmcclune@uu.edu or write me at Dr. David McClune, Union University-1862, 1050 Union University, Jackson, TN 38305. We can then discuss what your needs are and determine the models and tip openings to send for trial.
    *Up to three mouthpieces may be sent for a two week trial.
    *Please use mouthpiece patches or electrical tape for teeth and behind the ligature unless a soft ligature is used.
  2. Personal Check, Mastercard, Visa, or PayPal may be used for payment.  I now require a credit card number to secure a mouthpiece trial.
  3. Be patient. As a college band director and clarinet teacher, I work on mouthpieces in my spare time. As you University faculty know...band directors do not have a life already! 
Return / Refund Policy
  1. Returns within 14 days only (postmarked).  Call me for short extension if needed, otherwise I will charge your credit card for everything.
  2. Refund minus the shipping.
    (I do not charge at this time a cleaning and restocking fee, so ask that you pay for my shipping and insurance out to you.)
