Randy Harrell is the head coach of the Indians. He came to North Side in 1996 after six seasons at Lambuth University where he compiled a record of 184-109-2. In 1995 his team went 39-18 and won the Tennessee Collegiate Athletic Conference tournament. Randy is a graduate of Lambuth where he played collegiate ball. He previously coached a state title winner at Munford High School.

Terry Odle is an assistant coach. Prior to coming to Northside in 1997 he served as head coach for Riverside High School. Terry played college ball at Union University where he was a standout pitcher.
