MSN > Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Track (available on Germantown and Jackson campuses)
Union University is pleased to offer a graduate nursing education curriculum to prepare the professional nurse as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. The 16-month curriculum focuses on acute management, chronic management and health promotion of patients age 11 through adulthood. The deadline for all application documents is January 15 of each year.

Admission Criteria
- Previously earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- Last 60 hours GPA of 3.0
- Cumulative science GPA (Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2, statistics) of 3.0 on 4.0 scale
- Union University School of Nursing application with $50 application fee
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions
- Proof of unencumbered RN license
- Three letters of professional/academic reference specifying the applicants capabilities for graduate study. One letter of reference must be from the applicant's immediate supervisor.
Required After Admission
- Clear criminal background check
- Clear urine drug screen
- Immunization Records
- Current CPR Health Care Provider Certification
