MSN > Family Nurse Practitioner Track (available on Germantown and Jackson campuses)

As the profession of nursing continues to expand its role in the area of advanced practice nursing, Union University offers a 15-month graduate nursing education curriculum for professional nurses to gain an academic preparation as a Family Nurse Practitioner. The focus of the academic preparation is to serve the community in the areas of adult, pediatric, and women's health Deadline for applying for the educational opportunity is March 1 of each year.

  • Previously earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
  • Last 60 hours GPA of 3.0
  • Union University School of Nursing application with $50 application fee
  • Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions

Required After Admission

  • Clear criminal background check
  • Clear urine drug screen
  • Current Physical Examination Form & Immunization Records
  • Current CPR Health Care Provider Certification
