MSN > Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Track (available on Germantown and Jackson campuses)
Union University is pleased to offer a graduate nursing education curriculum to prepare the professional nurse as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. The 16-month curriculum focuses on acute management, chronic management and health promotion of patients age 0-21 years. The deadline for all application documents is January 15 of each year.

Admission Criteria
- Previously earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- Last 60 hours GPA of 3.0
- Cumulative science GPA (Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2, statistics) of 3.0 on 4.0 scale
- Union University School of Nursing application with $50 application fee
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions
- Proof of unencumbered RN license
- Three letters of professional/academic reference specifying the applicants capabilities for graduate study. One letter of reference must be from the applicant's immediate supervisor.
Required After Admission
- Clear criminal background check
- Clear urine drug screen
- Immunization Records
- Current CPR Health Care Provider Certification
