Objective/Profile

Creative, caring, and enthusiastic educator seeking a challenging position teaching elementary kids in grades K-6.  A quick learner with excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.  Punctual, patient, and positive.

Philosophy of Education

Children are the focal point of my teaching, influenced from the Progressivism philosophy established by John Dewey.  I feel that the child is able to grasp more when he or she is the center of the lesson.  -I also think that children learn best from an active learning environment—hands-on, group, and mind-challenging activities.
