Location and HoursThe Counseling Office is located in the Department of Student Services in the Student Union Building, Room SA49 (between Student Services & The Campus Ministry Suite). Regular office hours on weekdays are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. An appointment with Dr. Paul Deschenes can be scheduled for Mon./Wed./Fri. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Tues./Thurs. 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. An appointment with Tamarin Huelin can be scheduled for Tues./Thurs. 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Requests for emergency services after hours should be made to any residence complex director or Security staff who will have contact with the Director: 24 hr.
