Accreditation
Union University Nurse Anesthesia Track is fully accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA). The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program received a 10-year reaccreditation in 2022 and is fully accredited through 2032. The program will undergo its formal review process in the Spring of 2032.
Graduates are eligible to take the National Certification Exam (NCE) administered by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Graduates who pass the NCE are designated as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
