Finals Test Proctoring Form
CAS offers proctoring services for faculty to provide extended testing time and testing in a distraction-free environment for students with ADA accommodations. We are now accepting proctoring requests for final exams. Due to the high volume of tests during final exam week, proctoring requests for final exams must be received by the Friday before final exam week. We are unable to accept proctoring requests during the week of final exams. Students will receive time and half (3 hours) for final exam proctoring.
Finals are proctored each day of finals. Test start times are 8 a.m., 11 a.m., and 2 p.m. only.
Sorry, but you have missed the deadline for submitting a request for proctoring a final exam for Spring 2025. Fall 2025 Finals proctoring will open in October 2025.
