Life Group Leaders

What do Life Group Leaders Do?

Life Group Leaders invest in the lives of new students by devoting their time and energy to Biblical discipleship, leadership development, and student experience.

During their time as a Life Group Leader, students will have the opportunity to develop their God-given leadership abilities and pour into the lives of new students as they begin their journey at Union. Life group leaders pursue Biblical discipleship as they seek to mentor new students according to God's word.

During a typical week of Life Groups, leaders and their partners come together to facilitate Biblical discussions, create fellowship opportunities, and build a welcoming community for new students.

Life Group Leaders collaborate with their partners to invest in their Life Groups corporately and individually — serving as both builders of community and mentors to new students.
