Stationery Standards
Letterhead, envelopes and business cards are the first contact many people have with Union University. They are perhaps the primary means of presenting Union University's identity clearly and consistently. All stationery follows a standard format that has been developed for use by all units that are part of Union University.

Signage Standards
In an attempt to keep wayfinding consistent across campus, we have developed these standards for signage to direct everyone to the right locations.

Social Media & Video Standards
In translating design standards to electronic formats like the web and video, every effort should be made to make sure that they mirror what appears in print. Logo usage should follow the standards already set forth in this guide, but nuances of their appearance on the screen should follow these guidelines.
Website Development
All website design and development, including domain registry, web hosting, and third-party services needs to be coordinated with the Office of University Communications (OUC). All University entities (Schools, Colleges, Departments, and Offices) should use their uu.edu webpage for the delivery of content to our internal and external audiences. If a specialty website needs to be developed for a specific event, that needs to be coordinated through OUC. University entities are NOT permitted to purchase a domain name or outsource web development or outside hosting without first gaining approval from OUC.
A university template is available for schools, departments, programs, centers, and other university entities.
