COVID-19: Having a sense of normalcy in times of uncertainty...
Posted March 20, 2020 and sent to all Jackson campus students
The world in which we live is experiencing unprecedented uncertainty. More specifically, we are - humankind is - experiencing unique uncertainty related to physical and mental health, finances, travel, food, and even our most basic home essentials (e.g., cleaning products and toilet paper, of all things). Even in the midst of all that is uncertain, we may have complete certainty in Jesus Christ, who is not surprised by any of this and is still at work in and through this crisis. Furthermore, we at Union University are seeking to care for, lead, and serve our students through this uncertain time.
While we practice social distancing to help serve our community, remember that you are not on your own! Students have access to Union University's many support services and resources even from home. Follow these social media accounts and view the department pages on Union's website to access these resources and more. We may not be in close physical proximity, but we stand united as a Union community, and above all, as the body of Christ.
