The BSOL degree completion program is designed to meet the needs of working adults with an excellence-driven curriculum in a Christ-centered environment. The program allows admitted students to complete the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, BSOL, degree in as little as 18 months. The program is for adults who have two or more years of college credit and at least two years of relevant work experience. Each student is a member of a cohort group which remains together for the 14 courses of the BSOL major. The BSOL degree is designed to enable adult students to become more effective managers and leaders. The mission of the BSOL degree program is to deliver an integrated multi-disciplinary education within a Christian context for adult learners.
Having been a non-traditional student at other universities, I was surprised and delighted to experience the Union difference. The supportive staff and caring environment gave me every impression that they existed to help me. Union’s BSOL program far exceeded my expectations!
Completing my undergraduate degree has been a 15 year journey; encompassing three educational institutions. Union endowed me with the tools and optimism that I needed to not just continue my journey, but to reach the finish line. A dream deferred has now become a dream fulfilled.

I just accepted a great new position for a Canadian-based e-learning company. I never would have been offered the position without my BSOL degree. I cannot begin to stress the importance of the organizational skills, marketing strategies, and business savvy that I gained through my education at Union.

The BSOL program at Union University was definitely the ideal program for me! Throughout my courses, I was working full-time at a local hospital as a Radiologic Technologist. Due to the hectic schedule working in the medical field, attending class once a week was the perfect scenario! A personal goal of mine was to someday pursue a position at the management level within my organization. Therefore, I chose the "Health Care" career path which prepared me with many experiences and the knowledge to become a qualified health care leader in my community. Upon completion of the BSOL program, I was promoted to a management position and I have continued to move forward in my responsibilities as a result. The relationships that are formed, the memories that are made, and the outstanding classroom settings are experiences that you will never forget! 
Having earned my B.S. degree gives me an unparalleled sense of pride and accomplishment. I have been working for, and with Fortune 500 Companies for the past 25 years. I now have the educational credentials to supplement my practical work experience. Coupling education and experience is my recipe for continued success in a highly competitive marketplace. The sacrifices made, pale in comparison to the sense of accomplishment that I now enjoy. 
I always regretted not completing my degree in the traditional way. However, the BSOL degree program erased all that regret. The faculty shared their life and work experiences to help students learn in a non-traditional, yet completely engaging way. The BSOL degree program has better equipped me to serve in my current position and has poised me for future success. I enjoyed my Union University experience so much that I am now working toward a Master of Christian Studies at Union! 
Several times in my life I thought completing my college degree was an impossible goal. With a child and a full-time job I didn't know how I would fit college into my schedule; yet, the goal was always in the back of my mind. Union University provided the avenue I needed to meet that goal. The staff, the curriculum, the schedule, and the endless supply of assistance, information, and encouragement made returning to college not only a possibility, but a joy. Completing my degree at Union University has been one of the most wonderful and fulfilling blessings in my life. 
I highly recommend the BSOL program for the people who are serious about furthering their education, but have the challenges of family and careers. Make no mistake you will earn this degree. I was impressed at how the program not only used academic professors but professionals as well. You not only learn theory, but real life application you can use. The BSOL program will equip you with the tools needed to succeed. Many companies today are looking for a degree and experience and it was the combination of both that got me the position of area manager at Nissan manufacturing. 
When I started the adult BSOL program a couple of years ago, I was scared to death. I was not sure how I would make it through taking classes as I had been out of school for 30 years. A few other concerns that I had were paying for tuition and taking care of my family while returning to school. At times, all my thoughts and fears seemed overwhelming and it would have been so tempting to give up. However, through personal determination and the wonderful people that work for Union University’s Continuing Education, there was no stopping what I had started. Going back to school at this age was not easy. Walking into a classroom full of traditional students that were my children’s age, took some convincing. I experienced tears and joys, but when it was all finished, the rewards that I gained were immeasurable. My parents taught me to always work hard at whatever I do and to do the best I can. While being a full-time student I worked a full-time job, a part-time job, and took care of my family. I am not sure that I could have endured the stress from all of this had I been anywhere else in college besides Union University where Christ is the center of all things. Of course, God walked me through this journey, and He placed amazing professors and advisors whom prayed over me and every other student in this program. I have grown so much through the whole college experience and it has made me a better person in every way today. Always have faith in yourself and realize that no mountain is too high to climb. The encouragement that you will receive throughout the BSOL program will get you through each endeavor.
