Programs of Study
- Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership
At Union University, we believe that leaders should be Christ-Centered, People-Focused,
Excellence-Driven, and Future-Directed. That’s why we developed the LAUNCH Program for working adults which leads to the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership Degree. This program provides students, who are least 24 years old with two years work experience, with the skills and knowledge required of effective, innovative leaders in the 21st century workplace. Students develop the requisite leadership, interpersonal, communication, research and problem-solving skills needed for organizational leadership. And, the innovative accelerated delivery method allows students to continue working full-time, attend class one evening per week, and complete the program in as little as 18 months. LEARN MORE
