Payment Policy

Union University Payment Policy states that payment for the entire term is expected at the beginning of each respective term. Payment may be made with cash, check, or credit card. Union accepts MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and bank debit cards. Due to VISA merchant policies, we do not accept VISA debit or credit cards for payments. If you choose to pay your student account by debit or credit card, there is a 2.5% processing fee, charged to the cardholder account by the credit card processor, whether the payment is made online using Webadvisor, or by telephone or in person. Alternatively, you may have funds electronically withdrawn from your bank account via WebAdvisor (http://webadvisor.uu.edu) or by calling Union Station at 731-661-5000 and giving them the appropriate information. There will be no additional charges to you for this service.

For new students who do not yet have Webadvisor (http://webadvisor.uu.edu) access, temporary access can be made as follows:

1. Your user name will be the lower case letter s plus your student ID number, not including any leading zeros. If your student ID number is 0123456, then your user name will be s123456.
2. Your temporary password will be your birth date only in the format of mmddyy. If your birth date is December 31, 1990, then your password will be 123190. You will be prompted to change it immediately after logging in for the first time.
3. Remember, this is to establish temporary access for the use of Webadvisor only, and your password will change again when school begins.

If full payment cannot be made at this time, an option of budgeting monthly payments through FACTS Management Company (http://www.factsmgt.com/) is provided. FACTS electronically drafts the appropriate bank account for payment on the 5th or 20th of each month. Please apply for FACTS online with the FACTS/Student Account office at 731.661.5071.
