Payment Policy

Union University Payment Policy states that payment for the entire term is expected at the beginning of each respective term. Payment may be made with cash, check, or credit card. Union accepts MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and bank debit cards. Due to VISA merchant policies, we do not accept VISA debit or credit cards for payments. If you choose to pay your student account by debit or credit card, there is a 2.5% processing fee, charged to the cardholder account by the credit card processor, whether the payment is made online using Webadvisor, or by telephone or in person. Alternatively, you may have funds electronically withdrawn from your bank account via WebAdvisor (http://webadvisor.uu.edu) or by calling Union Station at 731-661-5000 and giving them the appropriate information. There will be no additional charges to you for this service.

1. To pay by check - please make check payable to Union University and mail to:

2. To pay by phone - please call Union Station at 731-661-5000 (VISA will not be allowed when making a payment). Also, please make a note that if you are paying with any other credit card the card carrier you are using will charge a processing fee.
   
   
3. To pay on Web Advisor if you have not already done so, please review the information about your computer account (http://www.uu.edu/it/training/accounts.cfm) and change your initial password on the Union network (http://www.uu.edu/it/passwords/).
   
   After completing these steps, you may sign in to WebAdvisor (http://webadvisor.uu.edu), where you will be able to make a payment electronically. In WebAdvisor, select the student tab and then sign in with your username and password. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to obtain an up-to-date version of your statement of account by clicking on "My Account Statement." Selecting "Make a Payment" will give you the option to pay by e-check or credit/debit card (the "Balance" field may not reflect all pending aid).

If full payment cannot be made at this time, an option of budgeting monthly payments through FACTS Management Company (http://www.factsmgt.com/) is provided. FACTS electronically drafts the appropriate bank account for payment on the 5th or 20th of each month. Please apply for FACTS online with the FACTS/Student Account office at 731.661.5071.
