Participation in Day on the Hill

Dottie Myatt, Ed.D., Assistant Dean for Teacher Education & Accreditation & Professor of Education

April 14, 2010 - Drs. Dottie Myatt and Tom Rosebrough, participated in Day on the Hill in Nashville on March 30, 2010. The event was sponsored by the Tennessee Association of Colleges for Teacher Education. Teacher educators from across the state visited with state senators and representatives to let them know the purpose of TACTE, the preparation of effective teachers and school leaders using high performance standards and accountability, and to discuss recent and future legislation that will impact TACTE's purpose.
