Youth and Children Minister at Malesus Baptist Church

Description:
General Responsibilities: The Minister of Children / Youth shall manage and expand existing youth and children’s ministries and develop additional programs that will attract many students from the community to Malesus Baptist Church. These ministries are designed to encourage youth and children to have a positive attitude toward the Lord Jesus and Malesus Baptist Church. The ultimate goal is to lead as many as possible to receive Christ as their Savior and Lord. These ministries will meet the spiritual, social, and other needs of these age groups.

Qualifications: • A radiant Christian • Adequate academic training or ministry experience to perform the duties of this ministry • One who genuinely cares for people and is able to relate to them • One who has a good work ethic and follows established church procedures • Congenial in temperament, peacemaker and able to resolve conflict • Well-balanced in outlook • Mature in personal life • One whose values are biblically based • Committed to teamwork with the ministerial staff • A sense of divine call to children and youth ministry. • Enthusiastic about the mission and vision of Malesus Baptist Church For more information contact the ministry assistant Elain at: elaine@malesus.org
