Description:
Job Description: To lead the Green Hills Church Kids, by implementing systems and volunteers for the purpose of discipling the children of Green Hills Church into fully devoted followers of Jesus.
Duties: Develop and train volunteers to lead every area of GHC Kids. Schedule weekly volunteers for GHC Kids. Select and implement weekly curriculum for GHC Kids. Lead with Set up and Break down on Sunday mornings for GHC Kids. Organize a quarterly family sojourning event. Attend Monday staff meeting and other GHC leadership meetings and church wide events as necessary. Arrange Childcare for GHC events if required. To assist Pastoral Team at GHC in other tasks.
Skills Needed: Strategic organizational skills. Good communication skills. Volunteer recruiting ability. Early childhood development experience. Volunteer motivation skills.
Hours: 15 hours a week
