Information Technology offices observe the standard university hours and days of operation.
IT professional staff are here to serve you beginning at 8:00 a.m. each weekday. From late August until Christmas break and from February until May graduation, the university offices close at 4:30 p.m. During summer months and in January, the university closes at 4:00 p.m.
Student workers are available at the Jackson Help Desk during evening/weekend lab hours when the university is open.
IT offices, central computer labs and the Help Desk are closed for all university holidays, required chapel services and inclement weather events posted on www.uu.edu. Weather schedules (late openings, early closings, all-day closings) and chapel services may vary by campus. On rare occasions announced by the president's office, all offices may be closed early or for an entire day. IT Help Desk services will not be available during any of these closings. We will respond to your needs as soon as possible after the university re-opens.
