Information Technology staff observe the following work hours.
IT professional staff are here to serve you beginning at 7:00 a.m. each weekday. From late August until Christmas break and from February until May graduation, the university offices close at 4:30 p.m. During summer months and in January, the university closes at 4:00 p.m. On rare occasions announced by the president's office, all offices may be closed early or for an entire day.
Student workers are available at the Jackson Help Desk during evening/weekend lab hours when the university is open.
The IT offices and central computer labs are closed for all university holidays, required chapel services and announced inclement weather events. Chapel and weather schedules may vary by campus. IT Help Desk services will not be available during these closings.
