The Student Life Office does have some remaining gift cards that we need to distribute to students who still have need. Because we have a limited supply, those who still are in need are encouraged to complete this form. The form will the confidentially reviewed by select members from the Office of Student LIfe and Student Financial Planning, and we will let you know by April 1 if we can grant you additional gift card help.
