Application Process
Admission to the Traditional BSN and LPN-BSN tracks is handled
through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 731-661-5210.
Admission for the Accelerated BSN, RN-BSN, MSN, and DNP tracks is
conducted through the Nursing Admissions Coordinator. To apply for
one of these nursing tracks, please print the correct application packet
below.

All application documents including transcripts and reference
letters are due in the Nursing Admissions office by the application
deadline.

Please send the Transcript Request Form directly to each school
attended and allow 3-4 weeks for receipt of the official transcript
in the Nursing Admissions office.

The Reference Letter should be given directly to the references
listed on your application and mailed to the Nursing Admissions
Coordinator upon completion.
- Following each application deadline, files are
reviewed for the granting of interviews and applicants will be
notified by mail of interview status.
*Please note that students
who have two grades less than C in previous nursing courses are NOT
eligible for admission to any nursing program at Union University.
If you are not a U.S. citizen, an international application must be completed and submitted with the BSN or MSN application.

preferred.
