Application Process

Admission to the Traditional BSN and LPN-BSN tracks is handled through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 731-661-5210.

Admission for the Accelerated BSN, RN-BSN, MSN, and DNP tracks is conducted through the Nursing Admissions Coordinator.  To apply for one of these nursing tracks, please print the correct application packet below.

  • All application documents including transcripts and reference letters are due in the Nursing Admissions office by the application deadline.
  • Please send the Transcript Request Form directly to each school attended and allow 3-4 weeks for receipt of the official transcript in the Nursing Admissions office.
  • The Reference Letter should be given directly to the references listed on your application and mailed to the Nursing Admissions Coordinator upon completion.
  • Following each application deadline, files are reviewed for the granting of interviews and applicants will be notified by mail of interview status.

*Please note that students who have two grades less than C in previous nursing courses are NOT eligible for admission to any nursing program at Union University.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, an international application must be completed and submitted with the BSN or MSN application.
