Airport Transportation

Union University has students from over 40 states and 25 countries! Because of the distance between our campus and their home, several students must travel by plane to get here. The Office of Student Life can arrange transportation to the Memphis airport for a cost of $75.00 per ride. (If more than one person needs a ride, they can split that cost.) Reservations are required one week in advance. However, students are encouraged to first utilize the "Union Ride Board" group located on Facebook. Union does not provide transportation to the McKellar-Sipes (Jackson) airport or the Nashville airport. In fall of 2009, Tennessee Skies started flying daily trips to Nashville and Atlanta from Jackson's McKellar-Sipes airport for reasonable prices.

Arrival/Departure Forms

In Residence Life we understand that many students need housing arrangements during University breaks when the Residence Complexes are closed (Thanksgiving break, Spring break, etc.). In order to stay during these breaks, all students are required to sign up in your Commons before the complex closes. We also require that any students staying on campus for additional nights continue to follow the community guidelines outlined by the Residence Life staff and as stated in the Campus Life Handbook.

In addition, we are not able to accommodate students wishing to move on campus prior to the scheduled fall and spring move-in days (listed on the Academic Calendar). If you are staying for official University business anytime the Residence Complexes are closed, you must have your faculty or staff advisor fill out the forms provided below for the whole organization.
