Become a Resident Advisor

We in Residence Life are committed to providing quality living arrangements staffed by quality personnel.  If you are interested in becoming an RA, and have lived in one of Union's Residence Halls for at least one semester, feel free to look over the job description.  The information provided in the Job Description is designed to help you decide if becoming an RA is right for you.

Special Note:  Employee dependents, recipients of Presidential or Provost scholarships, tuition exchange students, or any student whose total awards would exceed room, board, and tuition after the addition of the RA stipend are not eligible for financial compensation. However, these students are still encouraged to apply for this leadership position. Students who are unsure if they are eligible for the RA stipend may contact the Financial Aid Office at 661-5015 for clarification.

RA Applications are currently available, and should be submitted online by the date specified in the application.
