On-Going Activities
- Wiikends at the Wellness Center - Fridays 5-8pm and Saturdays 8am-Noon
- Zumba with Lindsey - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5-6pm in the Bowld Gym
- Fit50 - Faculty, Staff and Community Members: Exercise 50 times during the academic year and earn a free t-shirt!
- Cardio across TN - Faculty, Staff and Community Members: Do 500 miles of cardio in the Wellness and Aquatic Centers and earn an awesome prize!
- Wellness Punch Cards - Pick up a punch card and start earning free stuff at Moe's, McAlister's, Green Frog, Schlotzsky's, Smoothie King, and Jackson Family Bowling!
- Cash for Calories - Students, fill out an entry form each time you workout or swim for a chance to win $25 cash!
- Ladies Night - Girls only every Tuesday & Thursday night from 9-10pm

Aquatic Center Closed Thursday, January 26th 7-9pm
The Aquatic Center will be closed tonight, Thursday, January 26, 2012. Sorry for the late notice! Feel free to use the Wellness Center tonight instead of swimming!

Aquatic Center Closed 1/24 for Swim Meet
The Aquatic Center will be closed on Tuesday, January 24th from 7-9pm for a swim meet. Feel free to come on out and support the Union Swim Club!
There will be open swim from 1-4pm, and the Aquatic Center will reopen Wednesday morning at 6am.
