Jenny Pagoaga earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1994 and a Master of Science in Nursing from Murray State University in 2001. She and her husband have three children and one grandchild. They are members of Englewood Baptist Church.
