Speaker: Debbie Bellinghausen, LCSW
Most social workers today work with multiple age groups and generations. This workshop will help participants connect generational insights to today’s mental health landscape and identify ways to strengthen awareness, prevention, and support.
Join us for an engaging workshop that explores how history, culture, and changing societal expectations have shaped the experience of anxiety across generations. Participants will examine generational patterns, explore shifts in the causes and expressions of anxiety, and consider how coping strategies have evolved over time.
