Protect your own information and the University’s. Use a long, strong password, enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication, and secure every device you use to reach University systems.
- Keep your device physically secure; don’t leave it where someone can pick it up.
- Set up a passcode or lock code.
- Avoid storing sensitive or personally identifiable information on your device.
- Disable services you don’t use, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
- Change your Bluetooth default password.
