Germantown Campus Goal:
$2 Million |
Gift Needs
for the Germantown Campus
| With the development of its new Germantown campus, Union is
providing a valuable resource for the people and businesses of
Germantown and all of the Greater Memphis and Shelby County
community. The campus has dramatically increased educational
opportunities available in the region by offering professional
and graduate-level courses in business, education and nursing.
This exciting venture needs funding to ensure its future role
in the region’s community development.
Since the Germantown campus opened, enrollment has steadily
increased. The programs are attractive to many working
individuals because of their unique format that allows
students to continue careers while earning graduate-level
degrees. In fact, Union’s Germantown campus will focus on
filling the growing demand for graduate level courses in the
Shelby County area. Since the fall of 2000, classes have been
meeting at the new campus, located at the corner of Hacks
Cross Road and Poplar Pike, near Germantown High School.
Through another generous lead gift from Union Trustee Roy
L. White, development of the Germantown campus has continued.
Additional gifts are needed to continue the development and
expansion of the professional and graduate programs offered at
Union’s Germantown campus.
