Union University Wellness Services is now offering one-on-one fitness training with a Certified Personal Trainer!
There are many advantages to working with a Certified Personal Trainer:

- A personalized exercise program tailored to accomplish YOUR fitness goals, whether your goal is toning, adding muscle bulk, fat loss, or training for an athletic event.

- Training in only the most effective exercises for quicker and more efficient workouts

- Initial Assessment/Program Design - $35
- Additional sessions:
- 30 minutes - $25
