Wellness Center

Union University dedicated its new Wellness Center Aug. 19, 2024, officially opening the new fitness facility that is more than four times larger than the previous space.

The facility includes turf strip, cardio equipment, and all your weightlifting needs. This space provides the space and equipment for everyone to participate in the training they love, from powerlifting to CrossFit to endurance training. The Wellness Center is open to students, faculty, and staff. In addition, we have a new fitness studio inside our facility. This studio hosts yoga, spin, Pilates, HITT, and basics of weightlifting classes on a rotating schedule. The Wellness center houses the offices of our Campus Recreation Staff — here you can request a meeting to work on plans to achieve your fitness goals, whether that be nutritional, weightlifting, or other exercise goals.
